A good leader is someone who doesn’t believe that any job or detail, no matter how seemingly insignificant, is beneath his notice. In the home renovation industry, we are that leader. We are the leaders who listen attentively to our clients’ needs. We are leaders who ensure thorough communication. We are the leaders who implement every plan with care and attention to detail. Today, we want to show you the results of that care and attention in our homes.

Attention to Detail in a Central Sitting Room

In this whole home remodel, we took particular care to cohesively design the home’s internal flow. We designed a central sitting area to transition from the kitchen to the living area, playing to the home’s rising roofline with an overall parallel design centered around the fireplace and adjacent stucco built-in shelving niches.

Bringing Craftsmanship to the North Dallas Area through Attention to Detail-2.jpgTo enhance the open layout and its parallel structure, we carefully designed all floorboards, wall boards, and main ceiling boards parallel to the ridge board. We set dark hardwood purlins against these ceiling boards and echoed their lines in adjacent rooms. We then used this same material to construct beams, wall columns, and a fireplace hearth shelf. The result is a consciously designed and beautifully unified structure that houses the home owner’s complementary décor with understated integrity.

Luxury Guest Bathroom Remodel

Bringing Craftsmanship to the North Dallas Area through Attention to Detail-3.jpgThis guest bathroom remodel belongs to an entire second story remodel of a home whose first floor we renovated two years ago. When the home owners’ budget could accommodate a major second-story make-over, they called us back in to refresh their upstairs master bathroom, build a master bedroom fireplace, redo their Jack and Jill bathroom, remove all upstairs popcorn ceilings, repaint all walls and ceilings, replace baseboards, and lay new flooring.

We included both a frameless glass shower and a soaker tub, surrounding which we painstakingly set miniature tiles in a rounded formation with complementary patterned wall tiles above. These we also coordinated with the floor tiles, shower tiles, and vanity countertops. Additionally, all faucets, door and drawer handles, and towel wall mounts are unified in color and style.

Living Room Remodel

Finally, in this same home, we remodeled the living room to incorporate full-length, arched wall windows that beautifully contrast the clean, square angles surrounding the new fireplace with its custom mantle and painting mounts. Everything in this home, just as in our other home renovations, is perfectly balanced through its fine craftsmanship and attention to detail.
